Barcode activation information

The barcode can only be used after activation. A valid and real email address is required for activation.

Activation process steps:

1. Enter the barcode and a valid email address.
2. An activation link will be sent to the provided email address.
3. Click the link in the email to complete the activation.
4. You will also receive a 3-digit PIN code in the email, which is required for filling out, editing the questionnaire, and downloading the results.

Note: Please check your inbox, and if you do not find the activation email, also check your spam folder!
